Realizei a instalação do som, tivemos alguns ajustes após a instalação mas o pós venda realmente foi ótimo, sempre tentando resolver rápido, atenciosos e da melhor maneira possível. Recomendo a todos.
 Great service, I did the protection on the painting more than 6 months ago and it's still impeccable. I installed the sound, we had some adjustments after the installation but the after sales was really great, always trying to solve it quickly, attentively and in the best possible way. I recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu carro para fazer vitrificação, porém veio com manchas na parte do motor pois na hora da lavagem não tiraram todo o produto, reclamei falaram que iriam falar com o representante do produto e me retornavam já faz uns 6 meses até hoje nada a empresa não da a mínima para o pós venda dos serviços prestados.
I left my car to do the glazing, but it came with stains on the engine part because at the time of washing they did not remove all the product, I complained they said they would talk to the product representative and they returned to me about 6 months ago, nothing the company does not the minimum for the after-sales of the services provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei o veículo para fazer alguns serviços de som lavagem e pintura nas pinças das rodas, gastei mais de 7mil reais. Ao retirar o veículo no ato notei dois pingos de tinta cor grafite escorrido em uma das rodas, estes não estavam pois comprei o carro recentemente e reformei as quatro rodas, em uma filmagem anterior da própria loja é nítido que estava tudo de acordo e não tive passagem por nenhum local com tinta automotiva a não ser a DW, enfim alegam que não fora lá... simples, apenas lixar e repintar um pedaço da roda não custaria nada, mesmo que o pingo de tinta não fosse de lá em vista ao serviço que fiz no carro...
Outro detalhe onde já demonstra falta de ética, estava com duas manchas no parabrisas do carro, falei com o pessoal da DW se havia algo que pudesse ser feito, sem olhar e analisar as manchas me instruíram a trincar o parabrisa e acionar o seguro do veículo... no dia posterior busquei na internet algum produto para tentar tirar a mancha, encontrei este produto no MercadoCar em santo André gastei R$49,00 do mais caro que havia a disposição " removedor de chuva ácida", conforme instruções de uso apliquei e para surpresa... manchas do parabrisa removidas! Apenas com a aplicação do produto...
De início acreditei estar deixando o veículo com profissionais, estrutura da loja muito boa porém não índico jamais... Não iria expôr, mas fiquei indignado com a postura no final, não preciso ter vantagem sob ninguém...
Acho que pra reformarem uma roda inteira não custaria nem R$300,00 para o cliente pagar, pra eles então seria apenas retocar... Gostaria das imagens do momento em que deixei o carro no sábado dia 18/09/21 ... se ali mostrarem que a roda já estava com a tinta escorrida, me retrato de imediato... do contrário não passam de amadores!
I left the vehicle to do some sound services, washing and painting the calipers on the wheels, I spent more than 7 thousand reais. When removing the vehicle at the time, I noticed two drops of graphite-colored paint running down one of the wheels, they were not there because I recently bought the car and renovated the four wheels, in a previous footage from the store itself, it is clear that everything was in agreement and I did not have passing by any place with automotive paint other than DW, they finally claim that it was not there... simple, just sanding and repainting a piece of the wheel would not cost anything, even if the drop of paint was not from there for the purpose of the service that I did in the car...
Another detail where it already demonstrates lack of ethics, I had two stains on the car's windshield, I spoke to the DW staff if there was anything that could be done, without looking and analyzing the stains, I was instructed to crack the windshield and trigger the vehicle's insurance ... the next day I searched the internet for a product to try to remove the stain, I found this product at MercadoCar in santo André, I spent R$49.00 of the most expensive available "acid rain remover", according to the instructions for use I applied and to surprise... windshield stains removed! Only with the application of the product...
At first I believed I was leaving the vehicle with professionals, the store's structure was very good, but I never showed it... I wouldn't exhibit it, but I was outraged with the attitude at the end, I don't need to have an advantage over anyone...
I think that to renovate an entire wheel it wouldn't even cost R$300.00 for the customer to pay, so it would just be retouching... I would like the images of the moment I left the car on Saturday, 18/09/21... if there to show that the wheel had already drained the paint, I immediately portray myself... otherwise they're just amateurs!

Meu veículo (Honda WRV) com 4 meses de uso apenas uma inundação com a enxurrada causada pela água da chuva na primeira semana de Março deste ano. Não tínhamos nenhuma indicação nem referência de oficina que fizesse este serviço sem danificar o veículo. Após algumas pesquisas e visitas em alguns lugares que encontrei na internet, optei pela DW Auto Care.
Sinceramente me surpreendi com o atendimento, com a estrutura da oficina e principalmente com a qualidade do serviço que foi realizado.
Nós só carro saiu da oficina impecável, como se tivesse saído da fábrica. Todas as etapas foram acompanhadas por mim através de fotos e vídeos que iam sendo me enviados.
Pontos positivos a destacar:
Profissionalismo, competência dos funcionários, acolhimento, cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos e sem dúvida nenhuma a qualidade do serviço certificado internacionalmente.
Quanto ào valor do serviço não foi im dos mais barato que encontrei nas minhas cotações, porém, ficou bem longe de ser o mais caro. Sr Fabio (Gerente da Empresa)se mostrou bastante disposto e não mediu esforços para que todo o custo se encaixadas o nosso orçamento. Sr Bob (Responsável pelo setor de Estética Veicular) extremamente competente e criterioso cuidando dos mínimos detalhes. Enfim, foi um excelente custo benefício.
A empresa possui duas lojas. Eu deixei meu veículo na loja localizada no Ipiranga (Av. Nazaré).
Super recomendo os serviços desta empresa que além da estética veicular também executa vários outros serviços.
PARABÉNS a toda a equipe e em especial aos Srs Fábio e Bob...??????????
I'll try to summarize my experience:
My vehicle (Honda WRV) with 4 months of use just flooded with the runoff caused by rainwater in the first week of March this year. We had no indication or reference of a workshop that could do this service without damaging the vehicle. After some research and visits to some places I found on the internet, I opted for DW Auto Care.
Honestly I was surprised with the service, with the structure of the workshop and especially with the quality of the service that was performed.
We just car left the workshop immaculate, as if it had left the factory. All the steps were accompanied by me through photos and videos that were being sent to me.
Positive points to highlight:
Professionalism, competence of the employees, reception, compliance with the established deadlines and without a doubt the quality of the internationally certified service.
As for the value of the service, it was not the cheapest I found in my quotes, however, it was far from the most expensive. Mr Fabio (Company Manager) was very willing and spared no effort to ensure that all costs were included in our budget. Mr Bob (Responsible for the Vehicle Aesthetics sector) extremely competent and careful taking care of the smallest details. All in all, it was excellent value for money.
The company has two stores. I left my vehicle at the store located in Ipiranga (Av. Nazaré).
I highly recommend the services of this company that in addition to vehicle aesthetics also performs several other services.
