★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hot dog é muito bom. Mas infelizmente a logística é péssima. Demorou 90 minutos para entregar. E para quem pede comida é uma catástrofe. Não veio um guardanapo e vinham de 2 ou 3 lanches por embalagem. Sorte que eu estava em casa e tinha tudo. Mas a minha maior decepção foi que ao ligar para o local a pessoa que me atendeu usou aquela voz de indiferença e informou "tenho outras pessoas para atender" ! Liguei pq o meu pedido estava com 80 minutos.
É algo simples, um prazo de emprega mais competente e mesmo ao ouvir uma crítica o atendente precisa saber contornar a situação e dar aquele "sorriso na voz".
O LANCHE É MARAVILHO !
The hot dog is very good. But unfortunately the logistics are bad. It took 90 minutes to deliver. And for those who ask for food, it's a catastrophe. No napkin came and 2 or 3 snacks per pack. Lucky I was home and had everything. But my biggest disappointment was that when I called the place, the person who attended me used that voice of indifference and said "I have other people to attend"! I called because my order was 80 minutes old.
It's simple, a deadline for more competent employees and even when hearing a criticism, the attendant needs to know how to work around the situation and give that "smile in the voice".
THE SNACK IS WONDERFUL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. O lanche demora muito para ficar pronto. Em Estádio de futebol lotado é mais rápido . não entendo porque tanta demora chega a irritar. O lanche é muito bom, porém tem esse problema tempo de espera. Ei mesmo já não volto mais.
Bad experience. The snack takes a long time to be ready. In crowded football stadium it is faster. I don't understand why so long it gets to irritate. The snack is very good, but there is this waiting time problem. Hey, I'm not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O dog É bom,mais a demora deixa a desejar pede pelo whatsapp pra ver se sai mais rápido mais mesmo assim demora 1:30 toda vez que pergunta pra atendente ela diz é o próximo
The dog is good, but the delay leaves something to be desired, ask for whatsapp to see if it leaves faster but still it takes 1:30 every time you ask the attendant she says it's next

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente é o que todos falam, o lanche é bom, mais a entrega é HORRÍVEL. Pedi meu lanche as 21:33, tempo de entrega informado por eles era de 1:40 para 2 dogs (Jesus). Enfim esperei, agora são 23:55 mandei mensagem pedindo para não entregarem. O engraçado é que toda vez eles tem já desculpa. Mais enfim. Quando eles estavam mo ifood era show! Menos de 30 min o lanche estava na mão. Poderiam voltar já que não consegue entregar por conta própria!
