★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci o espaço no aniversário de 1 aninho do meu sobrinho. Gostei demais! Bem cuidado, bonito e bem equipado. Pra mim, o ponto alto foi o espaço kids. Fiquei encantada com as opções que tem pra divertir criancas, adolescentes e até adultos. Gostei muito também da equipe do local, muito prestativos e agradáveis. As monitoras não tiravam os olhos das crianças!!
O único ponto negativo foi o ar condicionado não estar funcionando. Isso afetou muito na experiência. Estava muuuuito quente, todos os convidados derretendo e o cheiro de comida forte no local por falta de ventilação.
Ahh, outro ponto de melhoria é a Escada. Achei os degraus escorregadios e inclusive teve uma pessoa que caiu na escada no dia da festa (mas graças a Deus não foi nada grave).
OBS: por estar localizado no terceiro ou quarto andar e não ter elevador, o local não conta com acessibilidade. O banheiro feminino também não é acessível. Há um degrau para acessar os vasos sanitários. Por isso, não recomendo para cadeirantes ou pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.
I discovered the space on my nephew's 1st birthday. I really liked it! Well maintained, beautiful and well equipped. For me, the highlight was the kids space. I was delighted with the options it has to entertain children, teenagers and even adults. I also really liked the staff at the place, very helpful and pleasant. The monitors did not take their eyes off the children!!
The only downside was the air conditioning not working. This greatly affected the experience. It was soooo hot, all the guests melting and the smell of strong food in the place from lack of ventilation.
Ahh, another improvement point is the Ladder. I found the stairs slippery and there was even a person who fell down the stairs on the day of the party (but thank God it was nothing serious).
NOTE: as it is located on the third or fourth floor and does not have an elevator, the place is not accessible. The women's restroom is also not accessible. There is a step to access the toilets. Therefore, I do not recommend it for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility.
