Esta ocorrendo divergência de informações, preciso resolver isso, e tenho que ficar indo na escola, e mesmo assim me passam os dias errados de aulas!! Os atendentes são ótimos, só que a logística que eles seguem é péssima! Segunda vez que passam informações de dias de aula incorreto, a secretaria da educação deveria tomar uma providência e resolver esses pequenos mal entendido que ocasiona em grandes problemas com os pais que precisam sair da empresa pra resolver isso, somente por que não atende o telefone!
People, what is the difficulty that this school has to answer calls??? There is a divergence of information happening, I need to resolve this, and I have to keep going to school, and even so, I have the wrong days of classes!! The attendants are great, but the logistics they follow are terrible! Second time information about incorrect school days is passed, the education department should take action and resolve these small misunderstandings that lead to big problems with parents who need to leave the company to solve this, just because they don't answer the phone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior escola de Santo André. Atendimento horrível, falta de informação, sempre sem sistema. Pandemia os alunos sem ajuda dos professores. Triste, foi um ano perdido pra minha filha e pra muitos, pois não aprenderam nada. Não ponham seus filhos nessa escola.
Worst school in Santo André. Horrible service, lack of information, always no system. Pandemic students without help from teachers. Sad, it was a lost year for my daughter and for many, because they didn't learn anything. Don't put your kids in that school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima escola,,me arrependo muito de ter colocado minha filha pra estudar aí,,,ela está no 3 ano do colégio,,,,precisei resolver alguns assuntos por telefone,mas impossível eles atenderem,,, deveriam jogar fora o telefone. Sem dizer que sexta feira é como se fosse sábado,,ou seja,,nunca tem aula..certo que vão poucos alunos,,maaass dêem aula pros poucos então...e saem quase todo dia mais cedo,,,,sou andreense e na minha época de escola,,o Américo era referência,,mas hoje,,de jeito nenhum.....NAO COLOQUEM SEUS FILHOS PARA ESTUDAR AI
Bad school,, I really regret putting my daughter to study there,,, she is in the 3rd year of high school,,,, I had to solve some issues over the phone, but impossible for them to answer,,, they should throw away the phone. Not to mention that Friday is like Saturday, that is, there is never a class..certainly few students go,, maaass teach the few then...and they leave almost every day earlier,,,,I'm from Andre and in my school days,,Americo was a reference,,but today,,no way.....DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILDREN TO STUDY THERE
