Trabalho até as 18hs e eles não mostram imóveis após as 17:30hs.
Preferem perder o cliente

I work until 6pm and they don't show real estate after 5:30pm.

Na hora de alugar são ótimos, na hora de devolver o dinheiro do depósito fazem de tudo para não devolver ! Pessoal quem for alugar msm assim .. tirem foto de todo o móvel e guardem para quando saírem ter como pegas !!
Bad experience, that I never want to go through again and that I don't want to anyone! Pure evil characterism! When renting they are great, when it comes to returning the deposit money they do everything they can to not return it! People who are going to rent msm like this .. take a picture of all the furniture and save it for when you go out to have handles !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho 1 imóvel alugado com eles, no início para a realização da locação foi tudo mil maravilhas, agora que está em vigência o contrato, todas as vezes que preciso de algo, entro em contato sou tratada com hostilidade. Hj passei por um problema, fui até o prop. E o mesmo me informou que nem sabia nda, sendo que a imob me falou que ele havia negado minha solicitação. Sou um cliente inquilino como o cliente proprietário e não enxerguei esse respeito. Por isso minha avaliação negativa.
I have 1 property rented with them, in the beginning for the realization of the lease everything was wonderful, now that the contract is in force, every time I need something, I contact me and I am treated with hostility. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo mesmo motivo de muitos aí na avaliações negativas ,porém fui atrás dos meus direitos e to no aguarde ?. Quando aparece qualquer problema eles deixam ambos nas mãos tanto inquilino quanto proprietário.
For the same reason as many in the negative reviews, but I went after my rights and I can't wait ?. When any problem arises they leave both in the hands of both tenant and owner.
