Minha cachorra voltava todos os banhos com nós por todo o corpo. A Tosa higiênica que fazem na verdade não higieniza nada (muito mal feita).
SEM CONTAR A FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE marcando banhos e desmarcando minutos antes mais de uma vez.
Não volto nem se derem um ano de banho Grátis.

My dog returned every bath with knots all over her body. The hygienic grooming they do doesn't actually sanitize anything (very badly done).
WITHOUT COUNTING THE LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER, scheduling baths and unchecking minutes before, more than once.
I don't even come back if they give you a free year of bathing.
