★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há dias tento falar com alguém por telefone dentro dos horários de atendimento mas ninguém atende, só diz que tá programado pra não receber ligação temporariamente, infelizmente nossos impostos só tem valor quando è pra gente pagar, muito decepcionado.
I've been trying to talk to someone on the phone for days during office hours but no one answers, just say they're scheduled to not receive a call temporarily, unfortunately our taxes only have value when it's for us to pay, very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei se é em todos os departamentos, mais desde o porteiro, as meninas da recepção, o rapaz da xerox, o da foto, como a servidora do RG foram excelentes no atendimento.
I don't know if it's in all departments, but from the doorman, the girls at the reception, the xerox guy, the one in the photo, as the RG server were excellent in service.
