★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Polo Barra Funda é muito atencioso com os alunos EAD, nunca fiquei sem esclarecimento e todos as minhas questões foram resolvidas online, não precisei me deslocar até eles pra resolver nada. Foi o que eu buscava numa EAD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima escola estou tentando de diversas formas conseguir o meu certificado de conclusão de curso de pós graduação e não consigo, o prazo estipulado pelo site já venceu faz tempo, ligo para o consultor Caio e o mesmo sempre fala que vai verificar, mas nunca resolve. NÃO INDICO!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Terminei minha pós nesta lamentavel Instituição, não consigo contato por canal nenhum, não consigo saber se vou conseguir retirar meu diploma. Telefone não atende, CAA não funciona, ja deixei reclamação no Reclame Aqui e a Cruzeiro do Sul sequer se deu ao trabalho de responder. Descaso total com o aluno.
Terrible. I finished my post at this regrettable Institution, I can't get in touch by any channel, I don't know if I'll be able to get my diploma. Phone does not answer, CAA does not work, I already left a complaint at Reclame Aqui and Cruzeiro do Sul did not even bother to answer. Total neglect with the student.

Minha namorada lorena dos demais problemas e fora a qualidade horrível que essa faculdade oferece está com problema na avaliação final, já abrimos um chamado desde o dia 7 e ainda não resolveram. Quanto ao comentário abaixo falando para entrar em contato em um dos polos, esquece, ninguém resolve nada (quando você consegue falar com eles)

My girlfriend Lorena from the other problems and besides the horrible quality that this college offers is having a problem in the final evaluation, we have already opened a call since the 7th and they still haven't solved it. As for the comment below talking to get in touch at one of the poles, forget it, nobody solves anything (when you can talk to them)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado!!! eles são um bando de ladrões PAGUEI CERTINHO A FACULDADE e quando chegou no final negam ajustar uma nota errada no sistema fazendo com que eu desista e faça outra faculdade já que os mesmos não resolvem! foram mais de 10 protocolos fora as mensagens ignoradas + de 65 dias que minha nota está errada no sistema e ninguém fez nada!!! São estelionatários, cuidado! pegaram meu dinheiro e depois lavaram as mãos e não fizeram NADA. Agora começaram a ignorar minhas mensagens no WhatsApp
Caution!!! they are a bunch of thieves I PAID COLLEGE RIGHTLY and when it came to the end they deny setting a wrong grade in the system causing me to give up and do another college as they do not solve it! there were more than 10 protocols out of the ignored messages + 65 days that my note is wrong in the system and nobody did anything!!! They are embezzlers, beware! they took my money and then washed their hands and did NOTHING. Now they started ignoring my messages on WhatsApp

Cai na besteira de me matricular em dois MBAs. Pois já cursei o presencial e gostei muito.
Uma decepção, recomendo que não entrem nessa.
Só no MBA de Gestão em Saúde, sumiram com minha nota da matéria de Seminário em Gestão de Saúde e em minha ultima matéria do MBA de Gestão em Saúde, colocaram a mesma para os dois curso.
Sinalizei através do canal acadêmico 16/08/2021, que só estava disponibilizada uma prova e fui informada que a mesma nota seria aplicada para os dois cursos. ISSO NÃO ACONTEU E ME REPROVARAM POR FALTA DE NOTA...... TOTAL ABSURDO.
Apenas em 09/09/2021 abriram um chamado interno 336643.
Estou em contato diário com o polo Barra Funda e com o Whatsapp acadêmico, sem resposta sobre o caso, hoje já é 30/09/2021 e não recebo nenhum retorno.
Enviei e-mail para Prof. Karina Abe, que se apresentou como coordenadora do curso, até o momento também sem resposta.
Pedi para falar com secretário acadêmico e a resposta é que tudo deve ser tratado através do Whatssap.
Já denunciei no MEC e agora tenho que esperar até que se resolva.
DEIXO AQUI MEU ALERTA, NÃO ENTREM NESSA... ESSE EAD É UMA ENGANAÇÃO.

I made the mistake of enrolling in two MBAs. Because I've already attended the classroom and enjoyed it a lot.
A disappointment, I recommend that you don't get into it.
Only in the MBA in Health Management, they disappeared with my grade in the subject of the Seminar in Health Management and in my last subject in the MBA in Health Management, they put the same grade for the two courses.
I signaled through the academic channel 08/16/2021, that only one test was available and I was informed that the same grade would be applied to both courses. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN AND ME FAILED FOR LACK OF GRADE...... TOTAL ABSURD.
Only on 09/09/2021 an internal call 336643 was opened.
I am in daily contact with the Barra Funda pole and academic Whatsapp, with no response about the case, today it is 09/30/2021 and I do not receive any feedback.
I sent an email to Prof. Karina Abe, who introduced herself as coordinator of the course, has so far also had no response.
I asked to speak to the academic secretary and the answer is that everything must be handled through Whatssap.
I've already denounced it to the MEC and now I have to wait until it's resolved.

A gente liga no pólo e eles não atendem, e só respondem no whatss zap quando querem, deixando o aluno na mão. Peguei d.p em uma matéria, mas no site não aparece a opção para realizar o que falta e ninguém dá informação alguma e por conta disso não posso realizar a colação de grau e nem pegar meu certificado pois, ja terminei o curso em 2021. Já estamos em Março e até agora nada. Absurdo isso, não recomendo

We call the center and they don't answer, and they only answer on whatss zap when they want, leaving the student in hand. I took a dp in a subject, but on the website there is no option to do what is missing and no one gives any information and because of that I can't do the graduation or get my certificate because I already finished the course in 2021. in March and so far nothing. Absurd this, I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, terão dor de cabeça e informações que mudam a todo momento, me inscrevi num MBA de 6 meses ja estou no 8 mês, por incompetência de terceiros, não incluem todas as disciplinas, o contato com este polo é bem confuso, quando não querem não respondem, a impressão é que estão fazendo um favor. Por fim, nunca mais voltou a cursar algo nessa "Universidade" farei questão de espalhar essa informação a todos.
