★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um vaso sanitário e a tampa de assento, quando recebemos o produto o vaso veio sem a fita ou plástico de lacre novo, minha mãe foi até o terra questionar e no depósito que fica ao lado do o moço que trabalha lá mostrou a ela o vaso sanitário com lacre que estava separado para ser entregue, porém os entregadores levaram outra(que tem riscos e veio sem lacre).
Minha mãe foi falar com a vendedora Aline que pouco deu atenção a ela e não realizou a troca.
Ao abrir a tampa do assento a mesma possui um bolinha amarela que não sai parecendo cola ou tinta.
Na hora de vender as pessoas são de um jeito quando aparece um problema não dão atenção caso da vendedora Aline.
Compramos um vaso sanitário novo e recebemos um que parece mostruário, fora a tampa de assento que também está manchada e não foi realizado a troca nem cancelamento do produto nos deixando insatisfeitos e no prejuízo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente lugar péssimo, não vendem piso fds depois das 13hs… não percam tempo vindo nesse lugar que não tem gente pra vender/atender! Dirigi 15 km pra chegar aqui só pra queimar combustível! Eu só queria comprar 14 mts de revestimento, pegar e ir embora e não tinha quem vender!
Really bad place, they don't sell fds floor after 1pm… don't waste time coming to this place that doesn't have people to sell/service! I drove 15 km to get here just to burn fuel! I just wanted to buy 14 mts of flooring, pick it up and go and I had no one to sell!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, os vendedores ficam nos computadores e nem olham na cara da gente, depois de meia hora que o cliente está esperando aí que algum resolve tirar a b....
da cadeira pra atender e mesmo assim com má vontade...lembrem-se que estão recebendo salário pra trabalhar e dependem das vendas pra receber o mesmo, senão ficam desempregados, não estão fazendo nenhum favor aos clientes e sim a obrigação de vocês, sejam mais atenciosos e um pouco de simpatia não faz mal a ninguém.
Atendimento????
