★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO ESTRELAS! Eu não poderia encontrar imobiliária pior em Aracaju. Enquanto estava em trâmite de escolher e alugar o apartamento, tudo ia bem. Foi só assinar o contrato e tudo mudou. A assistência é zero. O atendimento é assustador. Todas as vezes em que entrei em contato pra solicitar algo, fui tratada com grosseria por quem atendeu. Respostas do tipo "não é minha obrigação", "estou muito ocupada", "minha querida". É tão péssimo que chega a ser humilhante. Contando os dias pra finalizar o contrato do meu imóvel simplesmente para não ter que pagar rescisão.
ZERO STARS! I couldn't find worse real estate in Aracaju. While I was in the process of choosing and renting the apartment, everything was going well. I just signed the contract and everything changed. Assistance is zero. The service is scary. Every time I got in touch to request something, I was treated with rudeness by the person who answered. Responses such as "it's not my job", "I'm too busy", "my dear". It's so bad it's humiliating. Counting the days to finish my property contract simply so I don't have to pay termination.
