Unprepared staff, lousy service, not a good day or until they know how to use, I asked for a receipt the attendant printed and play on the counter, 1st and last time in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo...entramos no carro e o portão estava fechado e o funcionário não abriu e tivemos que sair do carro e abrir...meu marido abriu o portão com certa força e o funcionário veio para cima de nós falando alto, ameaçando ( neste momento fechou o portão para não sairmos) ....um absurdo a ignorância desse ser!!!! Muito medo de pessoas assim!! Lamentável
The service is very bad ... got in the car and the gate was closed and the employee did not open and we had to get out and open ... my husband opened the door with some force and the officer came up to us talking loudly, threatening (currently closed to the gate we get out) .... absurd ignorance of this being !!!! Very afraid of people like that !! Unfortunate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bateram meu carro e nem me falaram . Eu fui perceber somente 3 dias depois pois foi do lado do passageiro. Reclamei na Dimem e eles repassaram para o Sr Saulo gerente estacionamento do local que questionou o porque de eu nao ter percebido na hora ou logo no dia seguinte etc e tal e que nao podia fazer absolutamente nada pois nao tinha mais a filmagem!!! Que pena um cliente ser tratado desta maneira! Falta de trato com as pessoas! Despreparo total!
They crashed my car and didn't even tell me. I noticed only 3 days later because it was on the passenger side. I complained at Dimem and they sent the parking lot manager to Mr. Saulo, who questioned why I didn't realize it at the time or the next day, etc. and such and that I could do absolutely nothing because I didn't have the footage anymore !!! What a pity for a customer to be treated this way! Lack of dealing with people! Total unpreparedness!

There's a really bad-mannered hippie who works there. They treat you like a dog. And the parking is horrible.
