★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a dias tentando ligar para a escola e até agora sem resposta,diversas vezes tentei pagar mas como não resido mas em Belém não consigo pois preciso assinar algum termo de cancelamento, enfim comunicação péssima e atendimento nada flexível.
I have been trying to call the school for days and so far without an answer, several times I have tried to pay but as I do not live but in Belém I cannot because I need to sign a cancellation term, in short, terrible communication and not flexible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fiz o curso de 3D studio max e o conteúdo até que é bom, mas... É EAD você vai até o local pra assistir um EAD no computador, tudo bem se eles avisassem antes, mas você acaba descobrindo só na hora e se arrependendo. Os "instrutores" estão ali pra nada basicamente
I took the 3D studio max course and the content is pretty good, but... It's EAD you go to the place to watch an EAD on the computer, it's ok if they told you before, but you end up finding out just then and if repenting. The "instructors" are there for nothing basically

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comecei um curso com prazo para terminar em 1 ano, se passaram 1 ano e 3 meses e não tinha terminado, isso foi antes da pandemia, atrasavam os livros, o professor falava mais da vida dele de que ensinava inglês, fora que de vez enquando mudava de professores do nada, parei de ir pras aulas pois não estava aprendendo nada! Botaram meu nome no spc e me sujaram, esses dias chegou uma carta me intimando a comparecer pra pagar parcelas que eu nem usufrui, concluindo... Não entrem nesta furada, horrível o constrangimento que eles fazem a gente passar!
I started a course with a deadline to finish in 1 year, 1 year and 3 months went by and it wasn't over, that was before the pandemic, the books were delayed, the teacher talked more about his life than he taught English, except once in a while I changed teachers out of nowhere, I stopped going to classes because I was not learning anything! They put my name on the spc and got me dirty, these days a letter arrived asking me to show up to pay installments that I don't even enjoy, concluding ... Don't get into this awful, horrible embarrassment that they make us go through!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz minha incricao no curso de maquiagem em 2018 na época não teve como eu ir nas aulas por conta q me mudei agora em 2021 mandaram um carta q tava na justiça por conta do contrato q assinei um valor q já tá o olho da cara por algo q nem usei algo q nunca nem pisei na escola é tão cobrando um valor altíssimo e n é só cmg são muitas pessoas como eu pude ver na escola quando eu fui agora ver oq era muita gente com repúdio
I signed up for the makeup course in 2018 at the time I couldn't go to classes because I moved now in 2021 they sent a letter that I was in court because of the contract I signed an amount that is already in my face for something that I didn't even use something that I never even stepped on in school it's so demanding a very high price and it's just cmg there are many people like I could see at school when I went to see what was a lot of people with rejection

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Custo-benefício não compensa, me matriculei em um curso de administração e basicamente você paga pra escutar uma voz de computador, porque pelo menos o curso que eu fiz, ia presencial para ter aula EAD, ou seja, sem professor. Péssimo, não indico nem para o meu pior inimigo. Desrespeito e descaso pelo consumidor. Paguei por algo que não usufrui, pois ao desistir do curso ( devido ao alongamento desnecessário dos modelos e baixo aproveitamento educacional) o nome foi parar no spc, de modo que cheguei a pagar o valor anual do contrato 2x (no decorrer das mensalidade e multas por abandono), sendo assim, paguei caro e nem certificado eu recebi. EVITEM.
Cost-benefit is not worth it, I enrolled in a business administration course and basically you pay to listen to a computer voice, because at least the course I took, I went in person to have an EAD class, that is, without a teacher. Terrible, I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy. Disrespect and disregard for the consumer. I paid for something that I don't enjoy, because when I dropped out of the course (due to the unnecessary lengthening of the models and low educational performance) the name ended up in the spc, so that I paid the annual value of the contract 2x (in the course of tuition and fines for abandonment), so I paid dearly and I didn't even receive a certificate. AVOID.
