No dia 6 de fevereiro de 2012, num quarteirão pouco conhecido e frequentado do Itaim bibi, nascia o &EAT. O restaurante surgiu da necessidade de se comer bem e de forma saudável fora de casa, uma vez que naqueles tempos a quantidade de restaurantes com opções saborosas e saudáveis em centros comerciais ainda era bem limitada.
Em pouco tempo o &EAT se tornou conhecido por todos os amantes de comer bem e saudável na região. Com o sucesso do restaurante e algumas “filinhas” consideráveis na calçada (risos) surgiu uma pergunta... Por que servir refeições apenas para quem trabalha e mora por perto? Por que não democratizar e fazer comida boa para se consumir a qualquer dia e horário da semana? Foi aí que criamos nossas marmitinhas saudáveis que carinhosamente apelidamos de MARMI&EATs!

O cardápio é muito interessante, pois oferece opções muito atraentes e saudáveis. O custo benefício é muito bom, considerando toda a experiência e sabor.
 Very nice atmosphere, great service, from reception to table service. Dish very well assembled and served, besides being very tasty. The menu is very interesting as it offers very attractive and healthy options. The value for money is very good considering the whole experience and taste.

Very nice place, very beautiful decor and dishes are VERY well served. The service is great too. Only tip is to go outside peak hours, otherwise there is no waiting for the tables.

Atendimento cortês e ágil. O estabelecimento é bonito por dentro, embora a fachada esconda o restaurante na rua.
Achei um preço bem justo para a quantidade de comida.
Não amei o tempero e resultado final, mas achei agradável. Repetiria e comeria outros pratos. Pretendo ir mais vezes.
Healthy option for executive lunch in the region.
Courteous and responsive service. The establishment is beautiful inside, although the facade hides the restaurant from the street.
I found a very fair price for the amount of food.
I didn't love the seasoning and the final result, but I found it pleasant. I would repeat and eat other dishes. I plan to go more often.
