★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria deixar aqui o meu descontentamento com os correios da agência de Pinhalzinho -SP a agência não realiza a entrega até minha residência, várias encomendas que chegam pra mim e tenho que retirar nas agência dos correios, não moro aonde possa haver perigo e pago pelo serviço do frete para ser entregue em minha casa, um ABSURDO, péssimo atendimento.
I wanted to leave here my displeasure with the post office of the agency of Pinhalzinho -SP the agency does not deliver the delivery to my residence, several orders that arrive for me and I have to withdraw at the post office, I do not live where there may be danger and paid for the service of freight to be delivered to my house, an ABSOLUTE, lousy service.

There is no telephone service. There is no information regarding opening hours, there is no preferential service either... as all post offices are! Terrible .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talita e Jucimara são ótimas profissionais, jà o velho alemaozinho ali é um mal-educado, impertinente e folgado que fala muito e adora caçar confusão, tava na hora de pedir as contas e aposentar jà. Instalações podiam ser maiores e ter mais atendentes pra agilizar o fluxo, e preferencial deveria ser pra trabalhadores e não aposentados, mas ademais tudo bem.
Talita and Jucimara are great professionals, the old German man over there is a rude, naughty and loose person who talks a lot and loves to hunt confusion, it was time to ask for the bills and retire now. Facilities could be bigger and have more attendants to streamline the flow, and preferentially it should be for workers and not retirees, but in addition it is fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um descaso o atendimento desta agência dos correios. Muitas pessoas ficam em longas filas, principalmente idosos, sob o sol. Somente um ou dois caixas atendendo. O horário de funcionamento é ridículo, somente das 9:00 às 13:00 horas.
This post office's service is negligible. Many people stand in long lines, especially elderly people, in the sun. Only one or two cashiers answering. The opening hours are ridiculous, only from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As duas vezes que precisei ir nessa unidade foi bom, estava vazio e os atendentes foram bem simpáticos. É uma raridade se falando dos serviços dos Correios.
The two times I had to go to this unit it was good, it was empty and the attendants were very friendly. It's a rarity when talking about postal services.
