Isso a algum tempo, desde a época que eles eram apenas uma barraca em frente a quadra próx a lagoa. Tem um tempinho que percebi que algumas vezes que eu comprei a coxinha estava requentada de outro dia. Já aconteceu deu comprar a torta e a massa está queimada, ou crua. Nunca reclamei continuo comprando toda semana. Mas acho que quando ocorrer esses "erros", o mínimo que deveria ser feito era no dia abaixar o preço. Eu mesmo com essas falhas nunca deixei de comprar. Mas é assim que se perde clientes. Quem e que quer pagar R$ 15 em um pedaço de torta de frango queimado ou crua ? Ou 8 Reais em uma coxinha requentada de outro dia ?. Em tempos difíceis manter a satisfação do cliente é muito importante, a fidelidade ao cliente que sempre volta deveria ser recíproca.
I am a regular buyer, practically every week I buy the chicken pie and the coxinha. This has been going on for some time, since the time when they were just a tent in front of the court next to the lagoon. It's been a while since I noticed that sometimes when I bought the coxinha it was reheated from another day. It has already happened that I bought the pie and the dough is burnt, or raw. Never complained, I still buy every week. But I think that when these "mistakes" occur, the least that should be done is to lower the price on the day. Even with these flaws I never stopped buying. But that's how you lose customers. Who wants to pay R$15 for a piece of burnt or raw chicken pie? Or 8 reais in a reheated coxinha from the other day?. In difficult times maintaining customer satisfaction is very important, customer loyalty that keeps coming back should be reciprocal.
