★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O telefone não atende ... Não dá pra falar com ninguém na empresa. Quanto à parte técnica, ok, não tenho reclamação. Mas o Financeiro deles é péssimo !
The phone doesn't answer... You can't talk to anyone in the company. As for the technical part, ok, I have no complaint. But their finance is terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloque em minha residência o sistema fotovoltaico com a empresa ebes, estou muito admirado com esse sistema que proporciona o aproveitamento da luz solar, e ainda valoriza o imóvel, assim tenho meus aparelhos domésticos e a casa de bomba para piscina funcionando sem me preucupado com a conta de energia elétrica.
Agradeço a todos profissionais envolvidos da ebes pela atendimento auxílio que tive em todos momentos.
Pretendo instalar mais 8 placas somando com 11 que já tenho, sendo assim vender energia para alguns amigos.

O atendimento de vocês é horrível, você acaba de falar com o vendedor, explica as características do sistema e a vendedora manda o orçamento errado, eles visualizam a mensagem do WhatsApp e não respondem (no mínimo foram 3 “bom dia” e textos não respondidos), isso porque estou falando de um sistema de mais de R$ 300.000,00, creio que já estão ricos. Abortei a compra com a Aldo e Sices, mais terei que voltar a negociar com eles. Isso é um descaso com o cliente, uma vergonha. Gostaria de uma resposta de vocês e no mínimo um pedido de desculpas.
I am talking specifically about EBES. Your service is horrible, you just talked to the seller, explains the characteristics of the system and the seller sends the wrong quote, they view the WhatsApp message and do not respond (at least there were 3 “good morning” and unanswered texts ), because I am talking about a system of more than R $ 300,000.00, I believe they are already rich. I aborted the purchase with Aldo and Sices, but I will have to negotiate with them again. This is a disregard for the customer, a shame. I would like an answer from you and at least an apology.

- Setor financeiro para resolução de problemas e boletos INEXISTENTE!
- Falam que irão retornar , mas nunca retornam
- Setor financeiro sempre esta em horário de almoço ou ocupado...
- Péssimo pra resolução de problemas, mesmo quando é do interesse deles em termos de pagamento!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o serviço e precisei mu mudar após alguns meses e enrltão veio a dor de cabeça. Não atendiam no meu novo endereço e pra cancelar cobraram uma multa absurda. Não concordei em pagar então colocaram meu nome no serasa. Não entrem nessa.
I hired the service and had to change after a few months and then the headache came. They didn't answer at my new address and to cancel they charged an absurd fine. I didn't agree to pay so they put my name on serasa. Don't get into it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não façam contrato com essa empresa, o representante dela quando me atendeu disse que eu poderia cancelar se canso eu não quisesse mais, e pelo fato da pandemia tentei cancelar se pagar a multa as que foi o combinado, e adivinha não consegui cancelar sem pagar multa, estava apertado pois fiquei mais de meses com o meu comércio fechado e mesmo explicando tudo não teve jeito eles colocam meu CNPJ no cartório de protesto e até hoje estou sofrendo consequências por ter feito acordo com um empresa que não cumpre com o que foi acordado. Não façam acordo com eles pois eles não cumpriram com o acordo feito pelo representante deles.
Don't make a contract with this company, their representative when he answered me said that I could cancel if I didn't want to anymore, and because of the pandemic I tried to cancel if I pay the fine as agreed, and guess what, I couldn't cancel without paying a fine , it was tight because I stayed more than months with my trade closed and even explaining everything there was no way they put my CNPJ in the protest registry office and to this day I am suffering consequences for having made an agreement with a company that does not comply with what was agreed. Do not make an agreement with them as they have not complied with the agreement made by their representative.
