 Be careful, launch extra procedures in the health plan. They act in bad faith. Supervisors who don't solve anything, and an extremely rude owner.

Só uma sugestão de melhoria: manter o paciente informado em caso de atraso na consulta, aguardei 45 min para atendimento e só tive notícias pq fui perguntar.
Great service team, very attentive and helpful employees.
Just a suggestion for improvement: keep the patient informed in case of delay in the appointment, I waited 45 minutes for assistance and only got news because I asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA da minha vida, fui fazer endoscopia eles disseram que era com sedação, a enfermeira aplicou e ela viu q eu não dormir e mesmo assim fez o exame, vendo q eu tava ofegante e com medo, comecei a engasgar com faltar de ar e mesmo pedindo pra parar eles não pararam e basicamente me seguraram pra concluir o exame, estou em choque... minha garganta está machucada e já fiz esse procedimento duas vezes e não fiquei machucado, lamentável.
It was the WORST EXPERIENCE of my life, I went for an endoscopy they said it was with sedation, the nurse applied it and she saw that I didn't sleep and even so she did the exam, seeing that I was breathless and afraid, I started choking with lack of air and even asking to stop they didn't stop and basically held me to finish the exam, I'm in shock... my throat is sore and I've already done this procedure twice and I wasn't hurt, sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zenaide médica de clínica geral chegou 50 minutos atrasada. Demorou ainda por cima 40 minutos para atender. E na consulta nem examinou, nem olhou pra cara. Péssima.
General practitioner Zenaide arrived 50 minutes late. It took over 40 minutes to answer. And in the consultation neither examined nor looked at the face. Terrible.

Com a genicologista Dra Rafaela não tenho do que reclamar, ela é ótima eu amei.
A mastologista no dia da minha consulta chegou 1 hr depois.
A consulta com a endócrino gostei + -.
A clínica sempre fui bem atendida e recebida.
I've been to the clinic a few times for 3 appointments.
With the genicologist Dr Rafaela I have nothing to complain about, she is great I loved it.
The mastologist on the day of my appointment arrived 1 hr later.
The consultation with the endocrine I liked + -.
The clinic has always been well attended and received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento para marcação de consulta para plano de saúde (planserv) é desrespeitoso.No início do mês de novembro liguei para a a clínica para marcar consulta com Dra Rafaela (Genicologista).A atendente disse que a agenda para a primeira quinzena abriria dia 03/12/21. Nesse dia liguei as 10h da manhã e a atendente me disse que já havia completado a agenda que era pra eu ligar dia 17/12 pois nesse dia abriria a agenda para a segunda quinzena de janeiro e me deu a informação que que teria que ligar cedo às 7h da manhã para achar vaga.E assim eu fiz.Dia 17 liguei as 7:03 da manhã e aguardei atendimento por mais de 20 minutos (escutando musiquinha) quando o rapaz me atendeu as 7:30 me informou que a agenda já estava lotada para TODA 2a quinzena de janeiro.Me sentir desrespeitada e com cara de trouxa.Péssimo!!!!
The appointment for appointments for the health plan (planserv) is disrespectful. At the beginning of November I called the clinic to make an appointment with Dr Rafaela (Genicologist). The attendant said that the agenda for the first fortnight would open on 03/ 12/21. That day I called at 10 am and the attendant told me that she had already completed the schedule that I was supposed to call on 12/17 because that day would open the schedule for the second half of January and gave me the information that I would have to call early at 7 am to find a vacancy. And so I did. On the 17th, I called at 7:03 am and waited for more than 20 minutes (listening to music) when the guy answered me at 7:30 am informed me that the schedule was already full for EVERY 2nd fortnight of January. Feeling disrespected and with a muggle face.
