I just have to thank the attitude of the technicians, they solved a problem that was occurring in my drain and bathroom sink, the quality and posture of the technicians is unparalleled, I've done it with other companies but Eccotec has very polite technicians. You can trust their service.

Contactei eles e solicitei uma visita técnica para ORÇAMENTO de desentupimento de privada.
Como não estava me sentindo bem; fui deitar e pedi pra minha mãe atende-los.
Acordei ouvindo o técnico querendo cobrar R$6800 da minha mãe pelo desentupimento.
Disse que eu só havia solicitado um orçamento e ele havia se aproveitado de uma senhora de 79 anos. O técnico disse q teve que tirar 15 metros de cimento do encanamento.
O banheiro está em reforma; mas já estava entupido antes da reforma.
Mas a descarga funcionava para xixi.
Se estivesse entupido do jeito q ele falou; já era pra ter alagado o banheiro de esgoto.
Paguei R$3500 (ainda um absurdo); com a esperança que ao contactar a empresa e explicar o acontecido me devolveria parte do $ cobrando um preço justo.
Estou até hoje espertando o departamento jurídico da empresa me contatar.
Bad company!
I contacted them and requested a technical visit for a toilet unclogging BUDGET.
How I wasn't feeling well; I went to bed and asked my mother to answer them.
I woke up hearing the technician wanting to charge my mother R$6800 for the unclogging.
He said that I had only asked for a quote and he had taken advantage of a 79-year-old lady. The technician said he had to remove 15 meters of cement from the plumbing.
The bathroom is under renovation; but it was already clogged before the renovation.
But the flush worked for pee.
If it was clogged the way he spoke; the sewer toilet should have already flooded.
I paid R$3500 (still absurd); with the hope that by contacting the company and explaining what happened, I would return part of the $ charging a fair price.
I'm still waiting for the company's legal department to contact me.
