Porque era cheia, com pessoas que só se importavam com estética e ficavam se olhando no espelho o tempo todo...enfim. Procurei a Ecos Fitness e me encontrei. O pensamento principal é com a sua saúde e bem estar. A beleza estética é resultado do seu condicionamento físico. Os professores estão sempre por perto e extremamente atenciosos. Por incrível que pareça faço aula com Personal agora...nem parece que um dia foi sacrificante.
I've always been one of those very lazy people and I couldn't find myself in any gym. I made an excuse not to go. Because it was full, with people who only cared about aesthetics and kept looking at themselves in the mirror all the time... anyway. I looked for Ecos Fitness and found myself. The main thought is with your health and well being. Aesthetic beauty is a result of your physical conditioning. The teachers are always around and extremely attentive. Unbelievably, I take a class with Personal now...it doesn't even seem like a day was sacrificing.
