I've been asking for 3 days to come get the barrel and beer cooler etc. They schedule to come pick up and they don't show up or give satisfaction.

Tudo muito rápido pelo aplicativo e uma promessa de entregar em até 30 min. Para minha decepção logo me ligaram dizendo que não tinham o produto no sabor que eu queria e então cancelei o pedido. Porém logo em seguida, me ligaram novamente e me disseram que conseguiram em outra unidade e em menos de 10 minutos já estava na minha porta. Mas além da atenção e rapidez que tiveram ao me atender, me surpreendi ao receber o produto dentro de um saco de gelo...isso só tem um nome pra mim "CAPRICHO" !!! Parabéns a atendente Ana pelo atendimento sincero e preocupado com o cliente! Super recomendo!
I'm in love with the Monster energy drink, so I decided to ask eChope for some cans, so as not to leave the house. All very fast through the app and a promise to deliver within 30 min. To my disappointment they called me right away saying they didn't have the product in the flavor I wanted and so I canceled the order. But soon after, they called me again and told me they got it in another unit and in less than 10 minutes I was at my door. But in addition to the attention and speed they had when attending me, I was surprised to receive the product inside an ice pack...it only has a name for me "CAPRICHO" !!! Congratulations to the attendant Ana for the sincere service and concerned with the customer! I highly recommend it!
