★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pedido de uma amiga fui comprar iogurtes naturais na loja Ecila visconde sta isabel , ao chegar lá havia várias pessoas , algumas na fila do balcão e outras na fila caixa , peguei 2 litros de iogurtes e fui para fila do caixa , tinha duas pessoas minha frente , as pessoas do balcão estavam sendo atendidas e iam para fila caixa - ok .... quando chegou a minha vez simplesmente o gerente dono sei lá o que era começou a passar as mercadorias (eram várias) da moça que estava atrás de mim na fila , eu disse "senhor estou na fila" , ele na maior cara dura bem ríspido e grosso respondeu não ela vai passar na frente ... eu só não fiz um escândalo e larguei aqueles iogurtes e fui embora porque não eram para mim , eram uma encomenda - mas fiquei me sentindo uma idiota totalmente ofendida , ele somou e chamou a moça que ficou surpresa , assim como os outros porque estava atras de mim (MAS A CONTA DELE DEU 150 reais ) , eu só tinha 2 iogurtes a senhora que estava minha frente .. ele não podia fazer fazer isso porque pelo visto era uma cliente assídua .... PAGUEI SAI INDIGNADA E NÃO VOLTO NUNCA MAIS , NÃO É PRIMEIRA VEZ Q EU OU MEU MARIDO SOMOS MAL ATENDIDOS NESSE LOCAL - ASSIM COMO VÁRIAS OUTRAS PESSOAS RECLAMAM DA GROSSERIA DE ALGUNS FUNCIONÁRIOS - É UM ABSURDO TAMANHO DESRESPEITO!
At the request of a friend I went to buy natural yoghurt at the store Ecila visconde sta isabel, when I got there there were several people, some in the counter line and others in the checkout line, I took 2 liters of yogurt and went to the checkout line, there were two people of mine ahead, people at the counter were being served and were going to the checkout line - ok .... when my turn came simply the owner manager, who knows what it was started to pass the goods (there were several) from the girl who was behind me in the queue, I said "sir I'm in the queue", he was very tough and very tough and replied no she will pass in front ... I just didn't make a fuss and I dropped those yogurts and left because they weren't for me, they were an order - but I was feeling a totally offended idiot, he added and called the girl who was surprised, as well as the others because she was after me (BUT HIS ACCOUNT GIVEN 150 reais), I only had 2 yogurts the lady who was in front of me .. he couldn't do er do this because apparently he was a regular customer .... I PAID TO LEAVE INDIGNED AND I WILL NEVER RETURN, IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME Q I OR MY HUSBAND ARE MISCELLANEOUSLY ATTENDED IN THIS LOCATION - AS WERE SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE COMPLAIN OF THE GROSSERY OF SOME EMPLOYEES - IT IS AN ABSURD SIZE DISRESPECT!
