Todas avisando que iam retornar .. nenhum retorno.. teve atendente que disse que ia se retornar com urgência.. o penúltimo estava indignado e ... disse que ia retornar?!?!?!.. passou nome e nome da pessoa que ia retornar.. não retornaram... por fim, em minha última ligação, 2 meses depois da primeira, disseram que não atendiam minha região.. só fazer notar que já me entregaram uma vez o produto.. e qual a dificuldade de se levar dois pacotes no correio da esquina também.. nas duas unidades.. de Guarulhos desisti de esperar o "cálculo do frete ", de Mogi Mirim desisti de esperar qualquer posição..
More than 20 calls in two months.
