★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São pessimos no serviço pós venda, pois tive um titulo protestado, pois não sabiam nem trabalhar com o sistema de cobrança do banco Itau para baixar o titulo.
Alerto para quem comprar com emissão de boletos por eles, pois podem ficar com o titulo protestado se passar do prazo de pagamento.
 They are terrible in the after-sales service, as I had a protested title, as they didn't even know how to work with the Itau bank's billing system to download the title.
I warn anyone who buys with a bank slip issued by them, as they can keep the protested title if the payment deadline is exceeded.
