★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O profissionalismo na venda e no atendimento em geral foi bom. A entrega do serviço concluído não. Mesmo com as intempéries do tempo, um projeto de 4 dias, conforme passado na hora da venda, levou 2 meses para se concluir. Não deixaram de nos atender, entregou o que foi vendido, somente a logística deixou a desejar. Ainda sim recomendo. Pois o custo benéfico era muito bom.
 Professionalism in sales and service in general was good. Delivery of the completed service does not. Even with the weather, a 4-day project, as spent at the time of the sale, took 2 months to complete. They did not fail to serve us, delivered what was sold, only the logistics left something to be desired. I still recommend it. For the beneficial cost was very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou deixar aqui um relato da experiencia que tive com essa empresa Eco Madeiras administrado pelo Gustavo e de propriedade do Sr. Luiz Carlos , há 2 anos atrás realizei uma venda de madeira a esse Sr. Carlos com um total de aproximadamente 4 cargas de madeira de eucalipto bruta e o mesmo não quitou ao menos 1 carga, eu estava iniciando minha carreira de empresário no ramo e precisei fechar o negócio e parar com o investimento devido ao tamanho do prejuízo que esses senhores me causaram, eu pai de família iniciando minha carreira no negócio tinha que encerrar um sonho com dívidas na praça e sem nome para dar continuidade nos negócios, os mesmo vem me enrolando desde então já se passaram 2 anos ! Peço que reflitam bem antes de fechar qualquer negócios com essa empresa vejam se vale a pena é só ler os comentários dos próprios clientes que já fecharam negócios com essa empresa . É uma empresa sem compromisso e sem credibilidade com seus clientes e fornecedores sem dizer que já há relatos condizente aqui assim como meu post então fica ai a dica a você que pretende fazer negócio com essa empresa pesquise outras do ramo antes para não ter prejuízo! Fica a Dica para que for fazer qualquer negócio com essa empresa não faça negócio !
I will leave here an account of the experience I had with this company Eco Madeiras run by Gustavo and owned by Mr. Luiz Carlos, 2 years ago I made a sale of wood to this Mr. Carlos with a total of approximately 4 loads of wood from gross eucalyptus and the same did not pay at least 1 load, I was starting my career as a businessman in the business and had to close the business and stop the investment due to the size of the damage that these gentlemen caused me, my father starting my career in business had to end a dream with debts in the square and no name to continue business, the same has been rolling me since 2 years have passed! I ask you to reflect carefully before closing any business with this company see if it is worth just read the comments of the customers who have already closed business with this company. It is a company without commitment and without credibility with its customers and suppliers without saying that there are already befitting reports here as well as my post so there is the tip to you that you want to do business with this company research others in the industry before not to be prejudiced! Here's the tip for doing any business with this company do not do business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei a empresa pra fazer um pergolado envolto a minha piscina , fui até a loja várias vezes pra conversarmos sobre o projeto e recebi o Gustavo por 3 vezes na minha residência e tb outro senhor pra conferência de medidas.Gontratei o serviço com o vende dor Willian e ja paguei 60% do valor total. (QUASE 6MIL REAIS) Me foi prometido início da obra em 06/12 mas até hj 12/12 só me enrolam. Eles sabiam que eu iria ter um evento amanhã, outro sexta e outro no domingo e que por isso deixei tudo combinado com eles para o espaço estar pronto e ser usado mas não começaram nada ainda da obra. Só fogem de mim, falam que vão começar tal dia e ninguém aparece. Querem mudar o projeto acho que pra baratear custo mas infelizmente isso não posso admitir pois querem usar o muro do meu vizinho como apoio.Demoram pra retornar no Whatsapp e por isso fui até a empresa cobralos duas vezes e hj o Sr Gustavo deixou seu número pessoal de celular alegando que por ele não estar com o celular do Whatsapp ele não estava sabendo. Hj mais tarde ficou de me dar um retorno e nada, tb não me atendeu no seu telefone. Estou bastante irritado pois tive que desmarcar o evento de amanhã e provavelmente terei que desmarcar os outros por conta deles. Aguardo retorno !
I hired the company to make a pergola around my swimming pool, I went to the store several times to talk about the project and I received Gustavo 3 times at my residence and another gentleman for a measurement conference. and already paid 60% of the total amount. (ALMOST 6 THOUSAND REAIS) I was promised the start of the work on 12/06 but until 12/12 I'm just stuck. They knew that I would have an event tomorrow, another Friday and another on Sunday and that's why I left everything arranged with them for the space to be ready and used but they haven't started anything of the work yet. They just run away from me, say they're going to start that day and nobody shows up. They want to change the project, I think to lower costs, but unfortunately I can't admit this because they want to use my neighbor's wall as support. It takes time to return to Whatsapp and so I went to the company cobralos twice and today Mr Gustavo left his personal number cell phone claiming that because he didn't have a Whatsapp cell phone, he didn't know. Hj later was to give me a return and nothing, tb did not answer me on your phone. I'm quite annoyed that I had to cancel tomorrow's event and will probably have to cancel the others on their own. Awaiting return !

Não entregaram meu pedido no prazo, quando entregaram veio faltando um monte de coisa, veio eucalipto super torto, e olha que eu paguei a vista mais de 12 mil reais em madeira!!!
Outra coisa me venderam madeira de 10 cm aí tentaram me arrolar e queriam me mandar madeira de 8 cm, sendo que paguei de 10cm... cuidado as medidas!
Tentei inúmeras vezes uma solução amigável por telefone, por Whatsapp... Mas infelizmente não está funcionando.
Estou tomando prejuízo com mão de obra parada, e intempéries na minha obra pois preciso terminar o telhado.
Vou recorrer ao Procon e se não resolver vou entrar com uma ação judicial.
Lamentável!
Pedi meu dinheiro de volta, é até agora não devolveram... fiquem atentos e leia sobre eles no reclame aqui antes de comprar!
Atualizando... final de 2020 já e ainda estou na justiça para tentar receber meu dinheiro que eles não querem devolver.

I will appeal to Procon and if it does not resolve I will file a lawsuit.
Unfortunate!
I asked for my money back, it has not been returned until now ... stay tuned and read about them in the claim here before buying!
Updating ... late 2020 already and I'm still in court to try to get my money that they don't want to return.

Mais de um ano que fiz uma compra de madeiras ao qual paguei à vista e me entregaram apenas parte dos produtos e ainda após efetuar trocas de madeiras que não prestavam. Tentaram me enrolar e entregar madeiras de medida e tipo diferente do que comprei. Por fim, não me entregaram o restante do material e não me devolveram meu dinheiro CERCA DE R$ 7.000,00. Entrei na justiça contra a empresa e na tentativa de acordo, foram ignóbil de me oferecerem como acordo a devolução do MEU DINHEIRO em valor menor do que paguei e em 10 prestações, sendo que paguei à vista. Na melhor das hipóteses me confundiram com as Casas Bahia, na pior e mais acertada, são mau caráter mesmo! Até hoje NÃO devolveram meu dinheiro! Empresa representada por seu gerente Gustavo. NÃO COMPRE COM OS MESMO!! Tem empresas sérias e de verdade no mercado. Fica a dica!

Meu arquiteto marcou duas visitas na obra e eles simplesmente não apareceram, embora tenham confirmado nas duas ocasiões. Mobilizamos outras empresas e profissionais para fechar um projeto conjunto e não conseguimos. Para piorar, o atendimento da recepcionista/telefonista é sofrível, sem nenhum foco no cliente. Só agiu para acobertar a falha da própria empresa, sem nem se desculpar. Fuja deles! Ainda bem que não contratamos os serviços.
Bad experience. Amateur company that does not fulfill its commitments. My architect scheduled two visits to the site and they simply didn't show up, although they confirmed it on both occasions. We mobilized other companies and professionals to close a joint project and we were not able to. To make matters worse, the receptionist/telephone operator service is poor, without any focus on the customer. He only acted to cover up the failure of the company itself, without even apologizing. Run away from them! It's a good thing we don't hire the services.
