Comprei todos revestimentos, iluminação e metais da minha obra nessa loja que transmite ao público uma imagem de sofisticação e atendimento diferenciado.
Já paguei mais caro pensando em reduzir problemas e desgastes. Mas, FOI A PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA QUE EU TIVE ENTRE AS OBRAS QUE JÁ REALIZEI.
A entrega atrasou e não foi pouco. Depois de 5 meses, ainda não tenho tudo entregue corretamente. O pior eu tenho que ficar cobrando tudo, relembrando tudo, se eu não ligar e cobrar, não me posicionam.
Os vendedores de revestimentos e louças, na hora de vender são só sorrisos, depois me trataram mal porque cobro produtos que eu comprei... e paguei bem caro.
Só um resumo das dezenas de “dores de cabeça” que passei.
Não indico a ninguém.

I bought all coatings, lighting and metals from my work in this store that conveys to the public an image of sophistication and differentiated service.
I've already paid more money thinking about reducing problems and wear. But, IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD BETWEEN THE WORKS I HAVE DONE.
Delivery was delayed and there was little. After 5 months, I still don't have everything delivered correctly. The worst thing is that I have to keep charging everything, remembering everything, if I don’t call and charge, they don’t position me.
The sellers of coverings and crockery, when it comes to selling, are just smiles, then they treated me badly because I charge for products I bought ... and I paid dearly.
Just a summary of the dozens of “headaches” I went through.
I don't tell anyone.
