Fui falar com um deles, ouvi q não tem chefe e nem responsável para fazer uma reclamação. Fiquei surpresa com a resposta dada, então se ninguém resolve nada, tem.muitos outros postos na cidade.

I went to talk to one of them, I heard that there is no boss or responsible to make a complaint. I was surprised by the answer given, so if no one solves anything, there are many other posts in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui tão constrangida como hj neste posto ,por volta das 15:00 da tarde fui lá abastecer , quando fui dar partida no meu carro a chave inguiçou e não quis ligar o carro , então o meu esposo que esta com o braço direito quebrado estava tentando me ajudar a ligar o carro, neste mesmo momento veio uma mulher e começou a gritar para todo ouvir" Tira este carro daqui està atrapalhando" ,eu a respondi calma minha senhora a chave emperrou e o carro não tem como ligar , sendo que neste momento não tinha nenhum carro atrás, e ela continuou gritando fulano vem tirar este carro daqui está atrapalhando , ai com os gritos dela ,veio um rapaz que soube que ele chama Caio e é o dono do posto, perguntou o que ouve e meu esposo explicou, aí ele entrou no carro tentou ligar e tbm não conseguiu, entao ele ajudou a empurrar o carro pra frente da bomba e o meu esposo foi atras do chaveiro.
Conclusão da história me senti um lixo , o meu filho de 9 anos que estava junto ficou muito assustado com os gritos dela e ate passou mal ,eu agradeço o Caio junto vom os seus frentiatas que foram gente boa ,mas devido este constrangimento Nunca Nunca mais irei neste posto , e acho que ela não sabe que quem paga as contas dela são os clientes , tenho dó dos seus funcionários, então minha nota pra ela é 0.
I was never as embarrassed as I am at this gas station, around 3:00 pm I went there to refuel, when I started my car the key broke and I didn't want to start the car, so my husband who had a broken right arm was trying to help me start the car, at this very moment a woman came and started screaming to hear all "Get this car out of here is disturbing", i replied calmly my lady the key stuck and the car has no way to start, moment there was no car behind, and she kept shouting so-and-so come and get this car out of here it’s getting in the way, then with her screams, a boy came who knew he calls Caio and is the owner of the post, asked what he hears and my husband explained , then he got in the car he tried to call and he also couldn't, so he helped push the car in front of the pump and my husband went after the locksmith.
Conclusion of the story I felt like crap, my 9 year old son who was with him was very scared by her screams and even got sick, I thank Caio together with his frenties who were good people, but due to this embarrassment Never Never again I will go to this post, and I think she doesn’t know that the clients pay her bills, I feel sorry for her employees, so my score for her is 0.
