★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente nas fotos parece tudo muito bonito e aconchegante. Mais não é! Tudo muito descuidado. Piscina suja, sujeira pra todo lado , lixos jogados no lugar.
E o que mais me chocou !!! Foi o estado do quarto! Simplesmente largado, a cama estava caindo aos pedaços , colchão vc deitava vc afundava nele fora a sujeira do colchão !!!! Falta de respeito com os hóspedes. Entregar um quarto nesse estado crítico a alguém !!! E não foi nada barato !
São coisas básicas de higiene !!!
"Faça o melhor para o cliente, como se fosse pra você mesmo".
Fomos embora 3horas antes do horário por conta do estado, e não se sentimos bem lá , e não tinha ninguém sequer lá , chamávamos e ninguém apareceu totalmente abandonado.
Indignação, nunca passei por isso !!!!
 Honestly, in the photos everything looks very nice and cozy. More is not! All very careless. Dirty pool, dirt everywhere, garbage thrown in the place.
And what shocked me the most!!! It was the state of the room! Just let go, the bed was falling apart, mattress you lay on you sink the dirt off the mattress !!!! Lack of respect for guests. Give someone a room in this critical condition!!! And it wasn't cheap at all!
They are basic hygiene things!!!
"Do the best for the customer, as if it were for yourself".
We left 3 hours before schedule due to the state, and we didn't feel well there, and there was no one there, we called and nobody showed up totally abandoned.
Indignation, I never went through this !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quarto sujo, piscina abandonada, colchao tudo estragado, quartos com mofo, banheiro péssimo.. nada igual as fotos....
Dirty room, abandoned pool, mattress all ruined, rooms with mold, terrible bathroom.. nothing like the photos....

Pousada managed by OYO but closing through the website is a mistake, they don't confirm, it's completely messed up the owner's information with the daily sales website.

It was wonderful, it has more than delicious food, trails in the woods, horseback riding and the rooms are beautiful, it has a game room, zip line and much more, and the view is paradise

Very bad place! Musty and damp rooms. Pure rust children's playground, all toys with huge risk for accidents. All very old.
