Suíte, 2 pontos de ar condicionado e o melhor, com enquadramento no MCMV. Foram esses diferenciais que decidimos comprar nossa unidade, estamos muito felizes e anciosos para a entrega das chaves. :)
Me and my girlfriend loved this venture, we were delighted with the access to gourmet barbeque through the kitchen and living room, in addition to the great location. Suite, 2 air-conditioning points and the best, with MCMV. It was these differentials that we decided to buy our unit, we are very happy and eager for the delivery of the keys. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima localizaçao porteiros muito bem educados. Mas pena q não pensa nos prestadores de serviço.. Um abusurdo chegar com carro pequeno e ter q descarregar na rua. Com tempo no periodo chuvoso fica impossível entregar principalmente móveis planejados.
Great location, very polite porters. But it's a pity you don't think about service providers.. It's absurd to arrive with a small car and have to unload on the street. With time in the rainy season, it is impossible to deliver mainly planned furniture.
