★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst welcome ever since I'm living in Brazil. I came for an information about alcohol for fireplace, the seller didn't accept to answer me because I was not a costumer yet. The only way to have information "you have to buy a fireplace then I can help you". Is it because my clothes, my portugues or because I'm estrangeiro? I'm not customer yet, be sure I will NEVER be!
