Lado da pousada tem um local “jogue seu lixo aqui”. Nossa estadia foi uma das mais caras, com ofurô, porém quando fomos usar estava suja com óleo, informamos a recepção que disse que ia pedir para ver porém ninguém viu e nem deram satisfação, outro ponto que no jantar não tinha nenhuma salada. Qualquer hospedagem em qualquer lugar do mundo deve tratar o hóspede com respeito. Não ficamos satisfeitos por pagar um valor bem considerável e nem poder usufruir da pousada.
 The location is pretty precarious.
Next to the inn there is a place "throw your trash here". Our stay was one of the most expensive, with a hot tub, but when we went to use it, it was dirty with oil, we informed the reception that we would ask to see it, but no one saw it and they didn't even give us any satisfaction, another point that there was no salad at dinner. Any accommodation anywhere in the world must treat the guest with respect. We were not satisfied with paying a very considerable amount and not being able to enjoy the inn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz quase um mês que voltei da pousada Rota Ecológica e só penso em voltar pra lá o mais rápido possível.
Fiquei 4 dias na pousada e foi tudo perfeito, começando pelo quarto que fiquei no mais simples e era super confortável e silencioso, com ar condicionado, banheiro grande com um chuveiro ótimo. A área comum da pousada é linda, com uma piscina com vista pro mar, cadeiras de praia em um deque e o restaurante ao lado da piscina.
Falando em restaurante, foi uma das melhores comidas que já comi na vida! Até os aperitivos como isca de peixe e pastel de camarão eram divinos, os pratos do jantar e almoço muito muito bons mesmo, café da manhã perfeito, me dá até uma saudade a mais só pela comida!
A praia em frente à pousada é ótima, com um mar que é um dos mais lindos que já vi.
E as pessoas que nos atenderam foram sempre simpáticas, muito solícitas, só tenho elogios!
Não vejo a hora de voltar.
It's been almost a month since I returned from the Rota Ecológica inn and I only think about going back there as soon as possible.
I stayed at the inn for 4 days and everything was perfect, starting with the room I stayed in the simplest and it was super comfortable and quiet, with air conditioning, large bathroom with a great shower. The common area of the inn is beautiful, with a swimming pool overlooking the sea, beach chairs on a deck and the restaurant next to the pool.
Speaking of restaurant, it was one of the best food I've ever had in my life! Even the appetizers like fish bait and shrimp pastel were divine, the dinner and lunch dishes were really very good, perfect breakfast, I even miss the food more!
The beach in front of the inn is great, with a sea that is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen.
And the people who attended us were always nice, very helpful, I have nothing but praise!
I can't wait to go back.

Estivemos na pousada em maio - baixa temporada. Tivemos uma experiência horrível que arruinou nossas férias. Muito barulho, dependências sofríveis, pessoas desagradáveis e uma gerência que nos enrolou e não tomou providências para resolver os problemas.
Antes de reservar, fizemos questão de questionar sobre o sossego e silêncio do lugar. Garantiram para nós que era um local de silêncio e descanso. A verdade não poderia estar mais longe disso.
Assim que chegamos, fomos informados pelos funcionários de que havia um grupo que fazia muito barulho, com conversas altas, bagunças e risadas. Ficamos surpresos e chocados, e deixamos claro que isso era um problema grande para nós.
A primeira noite foi terrível. O quarto ficava de frente para o restaurante, e esse grupo gritava e ria até tarde.
No dia seguinte, após reclamarmos, fomos transferidos para um quarto longe do restaurante. Mas não adiantou nada, porque a pousada é minúscula, e o barulho se espalhava por todos os quartos. Reclamamos novamente, mais de uma vez, e os gerentes e funcionários faziam cara de paisagem. Um desrespeito total.
As “normas” da pousada eram desrespeitadas a todo momento, e ninguém parecia se incomodar com o que sentíamos. Clientes fumando e ouvindo som foram alguns dos problemas que tivemos.
Em um dos três quartos que ficamos (na troca constante), o ralo do banheiro exalava um cheiro de esgoto que dominava todo o banheiro.
A pousada é uma casa, e eles entopem de gente para poder ganhar dinheiro. Não havia como ter sossego. E ao lado havia barraca com som e houve até música ao vivo. Nada do que nos foi prometido no contato inicial.
Place of scandalous people and neglectful managers
We were at the inn in May - low season. We had a horrible experience that ruined our vacation. A lot of noise, terrible dependencies, unpleasant people and a management that screwed us up and didn't take action to solve the problems.
Before booking, we made a point of asking about the peace and quiet of the place. We were assured that it was a place of silence and rest. The truth couldn't be further from that.
As soon as we arrived, we were informed by the staff that there was a group that was making a lot of noise, with loud conversations, messes and laughter. We were both surprised and shocked, and made it clear that this was a big issue for us.
The first night was terrible. The room faced the restaurant, and this group screamed and laughed until late.
The next day, after complaining, we were moved to a room away from the restaurant. But it was no use, because the inn is tiny, and the noise spread through all the rooms. We complained again, more than once, and the managers and employees looked blank. A total disrespect.
The “norms” of the inn were disrespected at all times, and no one seemed to be bothered by what we felt. Customers smoking and listening to sound were some of the problems we had.
In one of the three rooms we stayed in (in constant changing), the bathroom drain gave off a sewer smell that dominated the entire bathroom.
The inn is a house, and they fill up with people in order to earn money. There was no way to rest. And next door there was a tent with sound and there was even live music. None of what we were promised in the initial contact.

The staff and the owners sincerely care about your well being. They will do anything to make you feel special and advice you on all incredible restaurants and activities in their region.
