★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não foi boa. O exame (ultrassom) atrasou muito e foi muito rápido. Não tenho convênio e paguei o preço do exame particular (mais caro que em outros locais de Lavras) e fiquei bem decepcionada.
My experience was not good. The examination (ultrasound) was very late and very fast. I have no agreement and paid the price of the private exam (more expensive than in other Lavras places) and was very disappointed.

I arrived to do an ultrasound and I was very well attended, the unit has very well qualified professionals and their human part is grade 10. Only praise is what they deserve

Todas as vezes seguem o mesmo padrão (negativo) de atendimento. Cara fechada, zero simpatia. Entendo que é um local movimentado, mas também quem ali vai, necessita de acolhida. The services are good. But I wonder why the attendants are so rude. They don't even draw attention. The coldness is impressive. Each time they follow the same (negative) pattern of service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimentos horrível , péssimas atendentes , sem educação nervosas pq muito serviço e poucos funcionários, bagunça na papelada , falta de informação além de não ter estrutura para atender todo mundo que eles agendam. Lugar sem nenhum conforto e espaço, bem fora dos protocolos da covid 19. Péssimo além de ser tudo no grito. Não tem senha é tudo na idade da pedra. Não recomendo.
Horrible attendance, terrible attendants, nervous uneducated because too much service and few employees, messy paperwork, lack of information and not having the structure to meet everyone they schedule. Place without any comfort and space, well outside the protocols of covid 19. Terrible besides being everything in the scream. No password is all in the stone age. I do not recommend.
