Eles não tinha a peça do mesmo modelo que comprei pra fazer a troca, então eu pedi meu dinheiro de volta, e eles alegaram que não trabalha dessa forma devolvendo o dinheiro quando não se tem o mesno produto que vc comprou.
Ou seja estão acima da lei, acinei o procom e eles me devolveram, porém fucou dois meses trabalgando com meu dinheiro...

They didn't have the same model part that I bought to make the exchange, so I asked for my money back, and they claimed that it doesn't work that way by returning the money when you don't have the same product you bought.
In other words, they are above the law, I signed the procom and they returned it to me, but I spent two months working with my money ...
