★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pós venda é péssimo, o atendente que fica recebendo não tem o mínimo de educação, falta bater pra dar uma informação, só sentando no computador e dizendo que não tem mecânico para atender. Eu que tive que me virar procurando alguém pra solucionar meu problema.
Foram muito bons para receber o dinheiro depois conheci a verdadeira empresa. Não fazem o mínimo de esforço para solucionar os problemas da instalação. Não índico , só dor de cabeça. E até hj meu problema não foi resolvido.
The post-sale is terrible, the attendant who is receiving does not have the minimum education, missing to give information, just sitting at the computer and saying that there is no mechanic to attend. I had to turn around looking for someone to solve my problem.
They were very good to receive the money after I met the real company. They make no effort to solve installation problems. Not Indian, just headache. And until today my problem has not been solved.
