Inclusive fui na outra loja que fica no Padre Eustáquio, atendimento padrão e com a mesma qualidade da loja do Planalto. Parabéns por manter a mesma qualidade em ambas as lojas, por mais lojas assim. Basta ir uma vez e não largar mais! Sucesso para vocês!
Well, I only have praise for the service and the variety of products in the store. Well trained and super polite staff! The price is very affordable and the location is excellent. I even went to the other store in Padre Eustáquio, with standard service and the same quality as the Planalto store. Congratulations on maintaining the same quality in both stores, for more stores like that. Just go once and don't let go! Success for you!

Excellent store. I always find everything I look for, in fact I go to buy something and leave there with several other products. Prices and staff are great! I go there at least once a week to keep up with the news.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem fui a loja comprar uma sombrinha , escolhi uma juntamente com a atendente no valor de 29,90 , qdo passou no caixa o valor era 49,90 , me informaram o valor e falei que estava errado , uma pessoa pegou a sombrinha para verificar o valor e a etiqueta que tinha o preço desapareceu da etiqueta. Uma moça que estava assistindo algo no celular , perguntou se tinha algum problema , penso que seja a gerente. Eu como consumidora , falei que em um estabelecimento que existem 2 valores em um produto o que prevalece é o mais baixo, conforme a lei.Não resolveram, loja bagunçada , moro no bairro , todas as vezes que precisei , sempre algo é diferente. Os vendedores são atenciosos , mas qdo passa ao caixa sempre tem problemas. Resumo : não comprei o produto e sai insatisfeita pela forma que lidaram com a situação
Yesterday I went to the store to buy an umbrella, I chose one together with the attendant in the amount of 29.90, when it passed the cashier the value was 49.90, they informed me the amount and said it was wrong, someone took the umbrella to check the value and the label that had the price disappeared from the label. A girl who was watching something on her cell phone asked if she had a problem, I think she is the manager. I, as a consumer, said that in an establishment that there are 2 values in a product, what prevails is the lowest, according to the law. They didn't solve it, messy store, I live in the neighborhood, whenever I needed, something is always different. The salespeople are attentive, but when they go to the cashier they always have problems. Summary: I didn't buy the product and left dissatisfied with the way they handled the situation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não daria nem uma estrela. Liguei pra unidade do Planalto fui bem atendida, mas quando liguei pra unidade do Padre Eustáquio, me deixaram falando sozinha, desligaram na minha cara. Revejam isso. Falta de educação!
I wouldn't even give a star. I called the Planalto unit, I was well attended, but when I called the Padre Eustáquio unit, they left me talking to myself, they hung up on me. Review this. Lack of education!
