Pagamos em outro cartão e logo em seguida eu vi no aplicativo do meu banco que a cobrança inicial havia sido feita. O frentista disse que seria feito o estorno, mas não foi feito, e ao ligar no banco confirmaram que a compra foi sim efetuada. Ou seja, pagamos duas vezes o valor. Agora estou tentando ligar no posto e ninguém atende. Absurdo com o consumidor
I filled up the car at this station and when paying on the card, the attendant said that the signal on the machine was bad and the charge had not been made. We paid on another card and shortly thereafter I saw on my bank's application that the initial charge had been made. The attendant said that the refund would be made, but it was not done, and when they called the bank, they confirmed that the purchase had indeed been made. That is, we pay twice the amount.
