★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa e eu achávamos que estaríamos comprando um produto em uma loja especializada e não teríamos dor de cabeça. Contudo, compramos um colchão e uma cama bau, não foi barato e até o momento só tivemos dores de cabeça. Os entregadores estiveram em nossa casa quatro vezes para troca do produto, da cama bau, e sempre vindo fora do padrão. Cama maior que o colchão, pistos que não deixa abaixar a cama com facilidade e o bau fora dos padrões. Não indico!
My wife and I thought we would be buying a product from a specialist store and would not have a headache. However, we bought a mattress and a bed, it was not cheap and so far we only had headaches. The couriers were at our house four times to exchange the product, the bedding, and always coming out of the standard. Bed bigger than the mattress, feet that don't let the bed down easily and the trunk outside the standards. I do not indicate!

Fui na primeira vez e fui atendida pela atendente com as características: cabelo loiro preso, óculos e baixa (1,60) simplesmente ótima profissional, indicando colchões e suportes de qualidade.
Comprei um colchão de solteiro com auxiliar e voltei para comprar outro de solteiro + 2 puffs que viram uma cama (serve tanto para dormir ou decoração ou até para usar como assento mesmo)
Só tive satisfação com a loja.
Na segunda vez, fui atendida por outra pessoa que estava conosco acompanhando a 1° vez que fomos e etc... (Se ela ler, vai se lembrar: me ofereceu paçoca e outras guloseimas mas não tinha a paçoca kkk) também me deu uma vantagem em preço, desconto!
No pré - venda: colchões chegaram na hora combinada, ligaram antecipadamente e na 1° entrega vieram e tiraram os plásticos e colocaram o colchão, auxiliar e suporte no lugar que queríamos, Satisfação. Na 2° entrega fizeram e ligaram antecipado para os números de contato só não tiraram o plástico mas tudo bem, é o de menos.
Recomendo total!
