★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se seu carro estiver realmente sujo eles não lavam. Recusaram o serviço e como aconteceu com o colega do outro review o tratamento foi péssimo como se fosse um desaforo levar o carro lá. Não volto mais. Nem com carro limpo.
If your car is really dirty they don't wash. They refused the service and, as with the colleague of the other review, the treatment was terrible as if it were a challenge to take the car there. I won't be back. Not even with a clean car.

Até aí tudo bem, se fosse dito de uma forma profissional e educada a razão pela qual o serviço foi recusado eu não estaria reclamando, mas o atendimento foi o pior possível. Como se eu estivesse fazendo algo errado de levar meu carro pra lavar lá, em nenhum momento eu insisti. Não recomendo pelo atendimento péssimo.
I arrived to wash my car and refused to do the job claiming to be too dirty. So far so good, if it were said in a professional and polite way the reason why the service was refused I would not be complaining, but the service was the worst possible. As if I was doing something wrong with taking my car to wash there, I never insisted. I don't recommend it for the lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Má vontade no atendimento, só faz estritamente o tabelado, incapazes de observar o veículo e avaliar sua necessidade particular. Rapidamente se desinteressam pelo serviço. Além disso, tenho dúvidas sobre a pegada ecológica no uso dos químicos sem água. Mas nisso estou apenas chutando.
Unwilling to attend, they only strictly do the scheduled, unable to observe the vehicle and assess their particular need. They quickly lose interest in the service. Furthermore, I have doubts about the ecological footprint of using waterless chemicals. But at this I'm just guessing.
