★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a agência de Leopoldina reclamar sobre o não recebimento de um cartão de crédito que não recebi e apenas me disserem que o mesmo tinha sido entregue no dia tal e no horário tal Queria saber o nome da pessoa que recebeu .Fui informada que o mesmo poderia ter sido colocado na caixa de correspondência ou ter sido jogado na varanda . Dá pra acreditar?
I went to the Leopoldina branch to complain about not receiving a credit card that I didn't receive and they just told me that it had been delivered on such day and at such time. I wanted to know the name of the person who received it. it could have been put in the mailbox or thrown on the porch. Can you believe?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, os carreteiros fazem oque quer não conseguem fazer a entrega por demora deles e marcam como endereço errado. Dirigem em alta velocidade. Péssimo atendimento.
Terrible service, truckers do whatever they want, they can't deliver because of their delay and mark it as the wrong address. They drive at high speed. Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde do dia 28 de abril tentando contato, por causa de um documento (de extrema importância)que foi postado por um cartório, e até hoje não foi despachado e nem atende o telefone.
É por que tem que selecionar uma estrela para fazer avaliação,pois a Nota é 0 não merecem uma Estrela .
