★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um desses edifícios antigos de Fortaleza. Engenharia acho que dos anos 70. Está muito bem conservado. Tem portaria. Elevadores modernizados e salas comerciais amplas com luz natural. A entrada estreita em mármore, com acesso para cadeirantes.
It is one of those old buildings in Fortaleza. Engineering, I think, from the 70s. It is very well maintained. Has concierge. Modernized elevators and large commercial rooms with natural light. The narrow marble entrance, with wheelchair access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrutura antiga e localização não tão estratégica. Estacionamento na rua (zona azul) deixa sua visita a qualquer uma das empresas que estão no edifício ainda mais irritante.
Old structure and not so strategic location. On-street parking (blue zone) makes visiting any of the companies in the building even more irritating.
