★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei um apartamento nesse prédio pelo Airbnb pra passar o ano novo de 2019, foram 7 dias... Nesse período vi vários assaltos, garotos de bicicleta passavam correndo com celulares nas mãos.
No prédio não tinha segurança, vigia ou porteiro, durante o dia o portão maior ficava aberto o dia inteiro, Morria de medo de assalto.
E pra piorar a situação, faltou água uns 5 dias seguidos, em outros prédios contrataram Caminhão pipas pra abastecer o prédio, nesse nada... E fora que é longe da praia, se soubesse de tudo isso não teria alugado. Não volto nunca mais
I rented an apartment in this building through Airbnb to spend the new year of 2019, it was 7 days ... During this period I saw several robberies, boys on bicycles were running with cell phones in their hands.
In the building there was no security, guard or porter, during the day the biggest gate was open all day, I was terrified of assault.
And to make matters worse, there was a lack of water for about 5 days in a row, in other buildings they hired a truck to supply the building, in this nothing ... And besides that it is far from the beach, if I knew all this I would not have rented. I will never come back
