Localização espetacular.
Possui excelente área comum: piscina, salão de jogos, chuveiros para saída de praia, churrasqueira, dois elevadores, garagens cobertas.
O condomínio é muito bem cuidado e organizado, excelente higiene, os funcionários que fazer a limpeza estão de parabéns.
