★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo designer, porém é horrível ter que esperar o elevador ter que subir 16 andares, o prédio tem dois elevadores, porém um elevador funciona de manhã, e o outro funciona de tarde, fazendo com que fique uma fila muito grande só pra pegar os elevadores. Tem que mudar isso, já que todas as empresas que trabalham lá pagam condomínio, tive que subir 9 lances de escada por causa da demora do elevador, e desci também 9 lances. É complicado demais, além de não ter um bicicletario na frente.
