★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ev. Miaibi é bem localizado pra que deseja ir a praia. Fica de frente com a orla da praia, é bem limpo e organizando. Os síndicos são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Quando você vem da praia tem chuveiro no estacionamento e banheiros. Tem um bom estacionamento com câmeras e segurança 24 horas. Tem restaurantes, shopping, feira, lugares para tirar fotos, parque de diversões, farmácia e supermercados tudo bem próximo.
Um bom lugar para ter um lazer com tranquilidade, levando toda a família. Recomendo.
Ev. Miaibi is well located for those who want to go to the beach. It faces the beach, is very clean and organized. The liquidators are very friendly and attentive. When you come from the beach you have a shower in the parking lot and toilets. It has good parking with cameras and 24 hour security. It has restaurants, shopping, fair, places to take photos, amusement park, pharmacy and supermarkets all very close.
A good place to have a leisurely leisure, taking the whole family. I recommend.

Prédio antigo, mas muito organizado na baixada PG, tudo perto com vaga de garagem.
Espetacular amei a orla da praia.
Great accommodation, simple, foot in the sand, ground floor apartments great for people with reduced mobility, easy access to the beach, shower and bathroom.
Old building, but very organized in the PG lowlands, all close by with a parking space.
Spectacular loved the beachfront.
