★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de todos terem o direito de dar sua opinião, mas eu não concordo com um avaliador; ele diz que o lugar onde o prédio fica, é mal localizado e horrível...pois fique sabendo que mesmo com todos esses problemas em volta, mas acho que foi muito acertado a escolha de construir o Mistral ai mesmo onde estar.
Sabemos que não só Belém do Pará, mas muitas outras capitais ou mesmo cidades do país tem problemas crônicos em infraestrutura de vias públicas. Agora vejo que uma construção(mesmo privada e que beneficie a poucos) traz ou digamos, "força as autoridades em determinadas áreas", e com isso também podemos observar pequenas mudanças nas vias públicas.
Ah! Eu não sou morador do prédio ou mesmo da rua dos Caripunas.
Although everyone has the right to give their opinion, but I don't agree with an appraiser; he says that the place where the building is located is badly located and horrible ... because you know that even with all these problems around, but I think it was very wise to choose to build Mistral right there, wherever you are.
We know that not only Belém do Pará, but many other capitals or even cities in the country have chronic problems with public road infrastructure. Now I see that a construction (even private and that benefits a few) brings or we say, "forces the authorities in certain areas", and with that we can also observe small changes in public roads.
Ah! I am not a resident of the building or even Rua dos Caripunas.
