★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O edifício em si e muito bom. O zelador Luis e muito prestativo ajuda no que for necessário. O condomínio sempre está muito limpo o elevador super limpo e cheiroso. Só não aproveitamos mais o Guarujá e nossa estadia pois todos contraimos uma virose e tivemos que vir embora.
The building itself is very nice. The caretaker Luis is very helpful and helpful. The condo is always very clean and the elevator is super clean and fragrant. We just didn't enjoy Guarujá anymore and our stay because we all contracted a virus and had to leave.
