★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edifício muito bem localizado, com aparatamentos grande e luxuoso, com até dois andares, varanda e piscina na cobertura, porem a estrutura está avariada, não possui porteiro, o interfone esta com defeito e não tem muita segurança na área, tendo muitos assaltos nas redondezas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio muito bem ventilado, sempre fica um clima agradável dentro! A arquitetura interna do prédio é bonita e tem uma piscina e área de lazer no térreo. Em sí o apartamento (2quartos, sala e cozinha americana) e a área de lazer são pequenas, mas de uma forma bem aconchegante, muito bem construído. Gosto muito do espaço
Building very well ventilated, there is always a pleasant climate inside! The building's internal architecture is beautiful and has a swimming pool and leisure area on the ground floor. In itself the apartment (2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen) and the leisure area are small, but in a very cozy way, very well built. I really like the space
