★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento,fiz um pedido as 22:30 fiquei esperando até 00:00 e nada,nenhum tipo de satisfação eles dão ao cliente,n recomendo pois já e a segunda vez q eles fazem isso ??
 Terrible service, I placed an order at 10:30 pm I waited until 12:00 am and nothing, no kind of satisfaction they give the customer, I don't recommend it because it's the second time they do this ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma pizza 21:00 deu quase 23:00 e nada , ficava no zap perguntando e não tava nem aí com o cliente fiquei bastante decepcionada, visualizava a conversa e não respondia não teve a mínima decência de explicar o motivo q não veio ...perdeu um cliente e se continuar assim perde um hoje um amanhã e depois eles vão se importar
I ordered a pizza at 9:00 pm, it was almost 11:00 pm and nothing, I was on zap asking and I didn't care about the customer I was very disappointed, I visualized the conversation and didn't answer, he didn't have the slightest decency to explain why he didn't come.. .lost a customer and if it continues like that, you lose one today, one tomorrow and then they'll care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência infelizmente foi péssima com a Ed10. Pedi duas pizzas uma normal e outra do sabor especial as pizzas chegaram frias, a mesma veio com muitos espaços vazios de recheio, cebolas cortadas grosseiramente, camarão fora do ponto totalmente borrachudo sem sabor nenhum, chegou super bagunçada e com ingredientes faltando desmistificando o que foi proposto no cardápio da Ed10. Em relação ao atendimento fiz a reclamação porém a mesma não me ofereceu nenhum esclarecimentos nem muito menos uma solução apenas pediu desculpas e falou que iria informar sobre o ocorrido. Outra coisa em a fotos no anúncio não condiz nada com a pizza que é entregue. Expectativa vs A realidade que é frustrante.
My experience was unfortunately bad with Ed10. I ordered two pizzas, one normal and one with the special flavor, the pizzas arrived cold, the same one came with many empty spaces of stuffing, coarsely cut onions, shrimp outside the point totally rubbery with no flavor, arrived super messy and with missing ingredients demystifying what was proposed in the Ed10 menu. Regarding the service I made the complaint but she did not offer me any clarifications or a solution, she just apologized and said she would inform me about what happened. Another thing in the photos in the ad doesn't match the pizza that is delivered. Expectation vs Reality that is frustrating.
