★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou sofrendo com está empresa, após muitos anos usando seus serviços mudei de bairro e passei a usar o sinal de uma outra pois a EDATEL não atua no local; Comprei uma casa na Dr RENATO já tinha uma empresa fornecendo mas como sempre bem atendido qd no endereço anterior coloquei o da EDATEL conclusões:Estou a mais de uma semana sem sinal ;quando liga não consegue falar se consegue falam q vai normalizar,sinceramente estou arrependido pós já fiquei esperando um tal técnico q nunca aparece...A continuar assim dificilmente vou continuar POR FAVOR SR PROPRIETARIO resolva meu Poblema

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O valor cobrado não está de acordo ao serviço prestado. Os telefones disponíveis pra contato não são atendidos, portanto quando há algum problema de rede muito difícil se ter uma resposta a respeito de reparo.
The amount charged is not in accordance with the service provided. The phones available for contact are not answered, so when there is a network problem it is very difficult to have an answer regarding repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima... há meses tenho tentando resolver a questão da baixa taxa de transferência nos dados. Sempre com Nat restrita e um péssimo serviço de atendimento. Wi-fi vive caindo e não preciso ir longe entre um cômodo da minha casa e outro para o sinal ficar muito baixo ou até mesmo cair. Já fiquei 4 dias aguardando um retorno da empresa de uma pergunta feita pelo único canal de atendimento: What'sapp. Realmente é preocupante estar num bairro onde o que nos é ofertado é muito abaixo do valor pago e mais... nos tratam como se estivessem nos fazendo um favor.
Terrible ... for months I have been trying to resolve the issue of low data transfer rates. Always with restricted Nat and a terrible customer service. Wi-fi keeps dropping and I don't have to go far between one room in my house and another for the signal to get too low or even drop. I spent 4 days waiting for the company to return a question asked by the only service channel: What'sapp. It is really worrying to be in a neighborhood where what is offered to us is far below the amount paid and more ... they treat us as if they are doing us a favor.
