When I got there I was very well received and a more experienced mechanic went out to take a walk with me to see the problem and during the ride he saw that he was really swinging a little and pulling to the left. When I returned to the workshop I said that the RIGHT tire was punctured and the repair was done, he asked a younger boy to maneuver my car and put it on the elevator and remove the 2 front wheels to make the balance. problem of pulling to the side, after dismounting he told me that the tire company had put 39 lbs on the RIGHT tire but the left one was as they had assembled weeks before. After that he calibrated the balance and asked the boy to reassemble the wheels in the car and asked if I wanted to invert it. I said that if the problem was just that of the calibration, it was not necessary, so the boy went to assemble, finishing assembling the mechanic he asked me to go around again and really the tremor and the problem of pulling to the side stopped getting there I asked if there was a cost they told me no. I left on my trip and I didn't have any surprises about the alignment and balance but on the day I went back I checked the calibration and saw that the central hub on the LEFT side was broken. I called today at Edcler and to my surprise they said that I should have complained on the same day or the day after but that now more than 1 week doesn’t work I said I don’t need to lie about a central hubcap and I’m sure it was there that it broke and the arrogant attendant Priscila said that she would look in the cameras because they are 15 years in the market that has no reason to lie !!! I am extremely disappointed with the lack of responsibility and lack of respect with the client even more that I paid the cash I did pix in the act I did not install anything and I still have to hear from Priscila that she did the Balancing and did not charge anything !!!! Cade the 6 months of free alignment and balancing ?? I already asked for the invoice for the service that was done in my car for me to pay because I will not owe them anything, because they do not want to take responsibility for having broken the central hub of my wheel and it still comes to say that it was "courtesy" for me ???? CONGRATULATIONS FOR THE LACK OF RESPECT AND RESPONSIBILITY !!!
