Tem assaltos com frequência e à noite nos finais de semana o pessoal que vive nos entornos do edifício, na área periférica, ouve som alto até tarde da noite (bregas), fora os cultos de igreja evangélica que você vai sempre ouvir. O prédio e os apartamentos são bons, o problema é essa vizinhança externa.
The problem is the area. There are frequent robberies and at night on weekends the people who live around the building, in the peripheral area, hear loud sounds until late at night (cheesy), apart from the evangelical church services that you will always hear. The building and apartments are good, the problem is this external neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pena que o lugar é bom, porém tem uma péssima administração. Não recomendável para morar, pois tem risco por falta de segurança e até de morrer em incêndio (que já ocorreu) porque a estrutura elétrica é toda mal feita.

Não gerenciam direito o condomínio, é preciso sempre os moradores estarem solicitando tudo. Ficam argumentando sempre contra os moradores, arranjando toda forma de desviar a atenção da responsabilidade deles. Agora para uma coisa são extremamente ágeis: quando o assunto se trata de dinheiro.

O prédio não tem segurança, não existe porteiro e além disso, o prédio pegou fogo devido às gambiarras na instalação elétrica que põe em risco a vida dos moradores por falta de negligência da construtora. Ademais o elevador e os portões vivem quebrados mostrando claramente que o dono só se importa com dinheiro, não ligando para segurança e nem bem estar das vidas que moram no prédio, na minha opinião é um péssimo prédio para habitar. Se podesse daria zero estrelas.

Furthermore, the elevator and the gates are always broken, clearly showing that the owner only cares about money, not caring about security or the welfare of the lives that live in the building, in my opinion it is a terrible building to live in. If it could, it would give zero stars.
